For over two decades, the acquisition and disposition of distressed assets have been a key component of our team’s investment strategy. Our team has many years of experience in purchasing real estate from foreclosure auctions, bank liquidations, and insolvency proceedings, as well as in the area of non-performing loans (NPLs)—that is, the acquisition of mortgage-backed receivables followed by the value-oriented disposition of the underlying real estate.

We continuously analyze the entire German market for distressed assets and systematically screen it using AI-powered processes. At the same time, we benefit from a network of banks, insolvency administrators, and other market participants that has grown over many years, which regularly provides us with attractive opportunities even before public sales take place.

Our investment approach is consistently based on acquiring assets below market value. By deliberately maintaining a short investment horizon—typically up to a maximum of 18 months—we significantly reduce market risks while efficiently capitalizing on short-term upside potential. This disciplined investment process enables a sustainable and largely market-independent return strategy.
