We are an independent investment firm focused on real estate and strategic corporate investments. Our goal is to consistently identify opportunities, build value over the long term, and deploy capital with a balanced risk-reward ratio.

‘Agera’ is a Swedish word and, as a verb, means ‘to act’, ‘to take action’, ‘to become active’

At the same time, ‘Agera’ also appears in Ancient Greek, where it means ‘timeless / ageless’

In the real estate sector, we pursue two complementary strategies. First, we acquire properties at prices significantly below market value—for example, through foreclosures, bank liquidations, or bankruptcy proceedings—and sell them after targeted value enhancement within a short investment horizon of up to 18 months. Since our focus is consistently on purchasing below market value, this strategy is largely independent of the current market cycle.

Second, we make targeted investments in real estate with development potential. Through renovation and optimization measures, we sustainably increase the property’s value and profitability, thereby building a high-quality portfolio of properties. With an investment horizon of five to ten years, we also benefit from long-term market and value trends.

As our second business segment, we invest in companies with compelling growth potential through our own investment vehicle. Our focus is on strategic majority stakes in operationally active distribution companies, with the aim of actively shaping their development and creating sustainable value. In the long term, we seek to build a strong investment holding company with the goal of establishing a leading distribution group in Germany.

The combination of short-term, market-independent real estate investments, long-term wealth accumulation, and strategic corporate investments creates a broadly diversified business model that consistently capitalizes on opportunities and deliberately mitigates risks.
